Location: Inmaculate Conception District of Caaguazý city (Province of Caaguazú).

Justification:
The main problems that are meant to be solved:
- Precarious housing on municipal grounds
- High degree of piling
- Absence of organization and self-management
- Low income level
Objectives:
1. Improvement of life quality and habitability conditions of 105 families in 6 blocks sited in the Inmaculate disctrict of Caaguazú city.
Activities:
- Buy of municipal grounds on the part of the 105 beneficiary families.
- Elaboration of problematic situations´ register and neighbours´ advicing.
- Achievement of the title deed of 105 lots in the mentioned blocks.
- Promotion of the training courses and enrolment of the participants in them.
- Hiring of professionals in elecetricity, plumbing, masonry, tiling and painting.
- To carry out 5 technical training courses on construction (masonry, plumbing, electricity, tiling and painting)
- Display and selling of crafts.
- Meetings of Oga Pora Guype managing Committee for the project´s follow-up.
- To create 5 work subcommitees for improving local organization and participation concerning the district´s project and working.
- 18 speeches on organization and forms of local equalitarian participation between men and women.
